I was pleasantly surprised today by how happy people were given the last couple of years, both suppliers and retailers. It seems to be a highly successful event for them, and you can tell by all the smiles on people's faces

Excellent. It's been very, very good experience so far. There's some really nice pieces. Some nice tanzanite and some nice rhodolite garnets and some beautiful stones, nice diamonds there too.

We found the event very useful and gave us some great new ideas in ways to improve our store offering

Trade events are essentially very important, it allows us to get together, to share creativity, to support each other. As a supplier, we like to connect with our jewellers and find what's going to be working best for them and their store.

I was surprised, how many people turned up today. The economy's not going that great this year, but the turnout has been massive and there's a lot of interest and no one had time. So it's been a great turnout, great presentation, great organisation.
